On my 1999 Mustang the brake lights don't work. I replaced a blown fuse # 41 Brake Lamp, only to find that fuse # 33 Stop Lamp Switch blew next. After replacing #41 the light still didn't work. I replaced #33 and then the shifter wouldn't move (realized later that fuse blew too). I then replaced both fuses, and everything worked. The next morning, no brake lights and the shifter wouldn't move. Both fuses blow alternatingly. I've looked for loose or exposed wiring, can't find any. Any ideas?

On a whim I replaced the stop lamp switch and that fuse (#33) is no longer blowing, but the #41 Brake Lamp fuse blew the instant I pressed on the pedal. Replaced it, and it blew again. Still no solution...
