:shrug:Can you the brazing method where you use a torch and brazing material to install injector bungs. I have a lincoln 225ac stick welder but I hear that its next to impossible to weld injector bungs. I don't have a tig and like to avoid paying a machine shop cause it'd be expensive to install 8 bungs into a victor jr. manifold. If anyone has a idea please let me know. The next best idea I had was to use lab metal which is a stronger version of jb weld. I'd be afraid to use that method though because there will be a lot of boost pressure coming from my turbos and I definetely don't want a bung popping out:shock::eek::cry:. Thanks

Damn the only shop in my area wants 550 to do it or 300 if I have it ready where they just have to do the welding part:mad:. Guess I'll have to toss out my jr. victor and buy one that comes with bungs already. Oh well I'll just buy one since the machine shop prices are crazy high

hahahahaha lube lol or spit on it b4 they throw it in lol.Seriously put a add up on craigslist.Obviously make sure its someone that has tig'd before thats alot of money for just that lttle amout of work.Your not asking to weld 18gauge metal.

Yeah they were gonna use ky jelly:rlaugh: But seriously they were out of their f##k#ng mind I'd never pay that. Theres a manifold on ebay that looks like a jr. victor with bungs in it I'll get cause its only 300 bucks. Its a hurricane manifold and I think its in jegs too. I'll just keep the victor jr. I already got and use it for my 351w carb for my 85 f150.
