I put a new gt clutch in my car. What is the best way to break it in, and how many mile should I wait before I can beat on it?? I have just been driving it easy, couple of pulls through a gear hear and there, but no hard shifts.

As long as your clutch was installed properly you shouldn't have to worry much about a break in period. I'd put a couple of hundred miles on it, just to be conservative, but no more than that....

i know centerforce recommends 500 miles of easy driving, then pound on it.

No beating on it, speed shifting, power shifting, etc for at least 500 miles. You do NOT want to screw that up after the installation...
