Do all 2014 Mustang GTs come standard with Brembo brakes or was that something that was only added as an option? Also, if not Brembo brakes then how many Pistons are the standard calipers vs the Brembo calipers and how much smaller are the standard rotors vs the Brembo rotors?

No they aren't standard. Only about 1/10 of Mustang GT owners purchased these in 2014. The rotors are 14 inches v. 13 for standard and the BBP cars are 4 piston v. 2. They are totally worth it. You can but take off calipers, BBP rotors and lines and they'll bolt up to your standard spindle no problem. The master cylinder is fine with this as well.
