Brief Note To All My SN Friends

I haven't been posting much lately

Won't go into details
but
I don't and won't have the time for a while to hang with you guys

For you long time members ... You know I kinda have a thing for tuning

I just gotta throw out a word of praise to Mr. Wes

He has really stepped up to the plate and hit one all the way out

I appreciate how you've helped so many peeps with tuning issues Wes :Word:

In the past, I've really enjoyed helping everybody with tuning and other
things when I felt I had something of value to offer

I don't feel so bad about not being able to contribute with the tuning
threads these days since Wes, Greg, Adam, and other knowledeable
peeps are here.

I'll be on here for sure ... from time to time ... soooooooooo

Its not like I'm abandoning all my 94-95 Gear Head Buds

And before anyone asks .........
I ani't selling ... "Ole Red" ...

He is still happily sitting beside Mom's SUV in the garage

It is easy to get cought up in cars/hobbies...and we forget we need to walk away at times. If that means walking away from the car or our online BS'ing.

I think we may lose some of the when you leave as they might get from neglect and non use.

Well ... O Gosh ... Since yaw'll put it that way

I ain't sick ... or ... Gonna die ... or ... Nuthin like that

Mom, the kids, and grandkids are all OK

You guys are so kind
and
I've always felt like we're all friends

Even though we've never had the opportunity to meet each other

I've talked to a few of you on the phone however

I wasn't gonna bother anyone with details
but
Its not really like its some kinda ... deep dark secret

I was kinda simi-retired for a few years from the Large Business Phone
System line of work. PBX's ... Big Switches and the like.

Lead Tech, Service Manager, Operations Manager ..............
You know ... that kinda thing

Any Hoo ... I got a chance to get involved in the IT field
so
Since I've always liked to tinker with puters .......

I thought a bit of Desk Top Support might be kinda fun

Summing up here

Its true ... I really am a bit of an ... Old Dog
but
I still can ... I really can ... Learn a new trick or two

I just gotta put forth a tiny bit more effort than I did in the past

I put myself on a fast track ... cause ... I got me some goals :Word:

Know What I Mean Vern

I gotta focus on Bidness ... thats Texan to all you up North
so
I gotta draw back from the hobby for a short while

Grady, I'm glad everything is good with your health and family. I was worried when I read the first post, but once I got to the point where I saw you were giving IT a shot, it set my mind at ease. I was honestly afraid, up to that point, that you were going to be going through some hard times. Hell, there's nothing wrong with bringing in a bit more cash and keeping yourself busy. Keeps from going stir crazy at home.

You'll be back a LOT more than you think.....I AM

I thought my back surgery ended it for me last year, but I have a chance to pickup a 94 stang with a new motor and all the suspension parts I need, and I have a renewed passion to build the car back up. Whatever you do, you can still pop in twice a week and check posts...that should take just a few minutes a week!!
