bullit gauges

Is there anyway to make bullit gauges blue, i was gonna get a cluster from ford and make the illum blue to match cobalt gauges.

thats a toughy. you can change the led lights to blue and the guages will be blue but it will mess up the color of the needle and you wont be able to see it at night. this has been tried before.

Dang well i read the sticky and it didint metion anything about bullit gauges. So thought i would ask. O by they way has anyone done anything with red. I think it would look cool with my black car and all. With auto meters phantom gauges that look red.

why would the bullitt's be any different? ford isn't gunna use a different bulb. It's probably the same bulb size and everything.

Do you mean match cobalt guages like mine? Tkae note, this pic isn't with the tri-led's i put in after. These are crappy LEDs.

In reguards to Saleen311 saying you won't be able see the needle, take a look at this video. I see my needles fine. Yea, they don't blind me, but honestly, how often do you have to look at your needles at night unless you're OCD about your speed in which case you shouldn't be driving a mustang

I posted several times on that thread, there is even a pic of my Bullitt's gauges, it'll work just fine.

how do these look ? I will call them moday and get some info, i was thinking black bullits with maybe blue or red lighting.
