Ok well Xmas is still a ways away but my parents are all about being on top of things. They said they want a list of possibilities by the first week of Nov. So the two things that im looking at are the Bullitt Brake kit and a Cobra Front bumper. Im pretty sure that the brake kit is a no brainer but i just wanted to bounce it off you guys. My front bumper is messed up. I scraped the crap out of it on the passenger side a couple years ago and it had TONS of rock chips and spider webbing, it is the biggest eye sore on the car without a doubt. But i have wanted those brakes for a while and i NEED some woah to for all this new 347 go. Also one my drivers front caliper is sticking some times and doesnt want to release all they way when i let off the brakes.

FWIW I went with the cobra bumper first. But that's mostly because I was painting the entire car at the time.

That said, my next mod will be 13in. rotors with cobra/bullitt/pbr calipers.

I'd have to lean toward getting the brakes first...

you may change your mind on the bumper, but you won't on the brakes (unless you decide to be a pimp and buy the cobra r rotors).

I vote for the brakes. I can't believe how bad our cars are compared to the 99-04's.

Also I'd stick with getting all the mechanical stuff done before doing the body. Who knows, you may want to add more stuff then just respray the whole car once you're done paying for the 347.

Even if you weren't having problems with your brakes, I would say get the brake kit!

Get the brakes, the bumper may be at a comparable price, but the paint job on just the bumper will cost just as much if not more. I hate having to buy expensive supporting items to an xmas present...
My bumper has also taken a beating but I'm gonna finish off the car mechanically first before I do any cosmetic stuff to it.

Ask them for brembos !

aren't the bullit brakes similar to stock cobra brakes?

Either way I vote for brakes over bumper, are cars need all the stopping power they can get
