I had the shop that would subsequently paint the bumper order one for me. Price was good and it saved me the hassle of looking and dealing with it. You could look around on the net for deals if you're scrapped for cash.

if ur gonna buy a new bumper dont do it online. i ordered a front bumper a couple of months ago off a site and have had problems with it ever since.. color and a dent from shipping. also, online companies who sell u bumpers cheaper apparently dont put a flexing agent on the bumpers, which keeps them from being stiff and too hard to put on (this is what a guy at a bodyshop told me and my bumper does seem to be pretty stiff). personally for a rear bumper i wouldnt spend the money just for the cut outs. it also depends how big your exhaust tips are.. i've got 3" tips running out the back and i think it looks great with the v6 bumper. If u want the cut outs tho i think u cud always have a bodyshop cut the one you have on. its just cheaper that way. hope i didnt bore u with all that lol

Good information here:
http://www.miracerros.com/mustang/pipes.htm

I would suggest ordering one online, look at local junk yards, or do what NCSUThuglife recommended. I ordered a GT takeoff bumper cover online for my wife's '04 V6 a few years ago and it was fine, but it did have to be painted to match.
