My friend was installing a body kit on his V6 mustang. So he accidentally tore his rear bumper. The tear is on the very corner where the bumper meets the quarter panel. Its not a complete tear. Is there any way that I can help him fix it. I wanted the V6 bumper.

Thanks for all your help.

You can get a bondo fiberglass repair kit at autozone.
I have repaired several nasty cuts on the rear bumper of my former 99 gt.
you will also need fine wet sanding paper and primer. patch it from the inside
first, then the outside. sand and prime then paint.

The big problem is that theres a cut and also the bumper is bent. You know how you bend plastic and it creases. Should I just forget about it?

There's a process called plastic welding that I've seen done on motorcycle fairings. It looks just like a regular steel weld and is very strong. I'm not real familiar with it, try some bike shops maybe.
