Well he ripped me off with the paint job as most of you know. The car has a redish red tint to the paint, isn't clear/basecoat could be freaking enamel from what I know. Basically the car will have to be stripped down, I lost $2000 from him and now, not only do I have to redo the paint (another $2000 from another shop) but I need to pay an extra $1000 for having to strip the car down.

So back to the revenge. His shop wasn't setup properly (no real fan or stack). So the environment police shut down his place. I'm putting a sticker on my car "mal peinturer par..." I know where he lives... so once my car is stripped down I feel like keeping the paint/thinner/stripper mix in a bucket and dump it all on his car with a note that reads "HERE IS YOUR CRAPPY PAINT BACK - *******!"...

Sorry, I can't get over this. I'd rather be broken into and have someone take $2000 from my safe than screwing with my car... this is waaay too personal now! I can be such an ass when it comes to this sort of thing. It's as bad as paying someone to vandalize my car.

The painter probably deserves what he gets. But how 'bout leaving it at what you've done to his business.
Oh....oh....I've got a better idea. Why don't you go throw the same color paint you had sprayed on your car, just recently, all over his car(linking you to the crime) and get your ass thrown in jail, charged and out even a ton more money.
I understand your pain. Take the idiot to court or something. Get back at him that way. Don't get yourself into more sh1t!

I'd like to tie him onto a chair and pour bleech in his eyes... I hold a grudge for the longest time, it's not healthy at all... Once the car is repainted, I'll feel better because I won't have to look at my stupid idea I had hiring that moron.

Sorry to hear what happened to you. I wouldn't use the same paint because as bottlefed92 said, they'll be able to link it back to you. Try to sue him. If that doesn't work. Wait a year or two and then just dump paint on his car/house/wife/kids.

Get you money back via " la cour des petites creance" but everything got paid cash with no receipt so I don't know if you can bring it to court .

If you do what you want to do one day you will wake up and your car will be keyed.

Go the legal way and you will sleep better...

Just drop it and move on, you don't have a reciept so your up ****'s creek without a paddle. This horse's a$$ will sue your broke sorry A$$ if you dump the junk on his car. I hate to say but if it was me and you came to my house and dumped on my wife & kids. I'd have you in court so fast your head would still be spinning. On the other hand have you reported him to Revenue Canada cause sure as Sh1t he hasn't declared the money as income. They arn't going to care about paperwork, they'll access his a$$ and bank accounts, with RC you guilty and must pay first then fight like hell to get it back afterwards.

I tried brake fluid on my Corsica (banged up fender anyway) and it didn't do anything?

Update: I found out the guy owes a lot of cash to the type of people you don't want to borrow from. He won't last the winter from what I hear.
