I would like to give everyone a heads up on the difficulties I have encountered to save someone else from experiencing the same. Recently I purchase a Mustang with ground effects installed, in less than 3 weeks they began to come loose. The dealer instructed my wife to take the car to the shop that had installed the ground effects for them, upon the return of the car my stomach became weak as I noticed they had glued the effects back on with clear silicon. It looked as if someone was trying to caulk tile. Let me say before I go much farther, this was a shop recommended by a salesman at the dealership. Needless to say I returned to the dealership and they gave me a car to drive and sent the car back to the place. Upon the return this time it was even worse the car had silicon hand prints, the paint was scratched where they tried to remove the excess silicon they had installed, the painted on stripes on the front fascia was scraped, and that is what was visible through all of the dirt. So if anyone is thinking of getting ground effects installed in the Charlotte NC or getting accessories installed from a dealer whom send the work out, please contact me before doing so I would hate for anyone to encounter the same problems. I would post the name of the shop online but I am unsure of the legal ramifications. I will try to post some pics tomorrow, hopefully they will show up my car is black.

Post pics and the name of the shop. Let the pics speak for themselves. There's no legal ramifications from readers drawing their own conclusions.

Pics

Here are some of the pics in no specific order. The pics with washed in the label are in there because this same place stated the car was returned in "jam-up" condition, fully washed and cleaned.

I have a lot more pics, but I am limited to the amount I can show. Is there another way to show all the pics, to get a better idea?

You could upload them all to photobucket and then link them here.

That's pretty terrible.

The shop that painted and installed my saleen sideskirts use a really cheap double sided tape, but I reinstalled them with 3M trim tape or whatever and it's holding up really well.

That goo looks like it's going to be a pain to get off whenever that lip eventually falls off.

And I thought I had a crappy job done on body pieces that needed to be installed with adhesive.
