ordered my brakes from them on the phone, then picked up a bullitt suspension kit for a friend from them online. everythign went smooth. shipping was kinda high, but not outrageous. it took about 2 weeks to get my brakes.

no problem. the main reason i went with them was the price. i got my 2000 cobra r brakes for $825. of course i opted for plain face rotors, and not the slotted ones. if i had gone slotted it wouldve been $899.

I ordered wheels from them. They came in the same amount of time that everything else comes, about 3 days. I would buy from them again.

ya, i think with me, i just got the basic basic shipping. i think they are in Ohio. i get spoiled by Mazimum Motorsports, i order from them and it shows up the next day regardless of the shipping i use.

Close, they are in Michigan. But you're right on the shipping time. I got mine quicker because i live one state down from them. But anyways, don't worry about not getting your stuff, because they are a good company.

I never ordered anything from them before but,
I talked to them over the phone and they seem
to be pretty nice and wanted to help me.

I've ordered from PPI before and always had a pleasant experience with them.

Everything was fine with my transaction until I ran into a problem with a defective brake line that the threads didn't go all the way down on. They insisted that I was doing something wrong and refused to charge my credit card to cross-ship another set of brake lines?? And then started to ignore my emails. WTF They were dead set on me sending back the original brake lines before they would send a replacement. Morons.

I emailed them and said I would be returning the brake lines for a refund. Still ignored my email. I have a feeling I'm going to ship them back and they're going to keep them and tell me to f-off.. lol.
