buying intake hae questions on stuff???

ok im getting the holley systemmax intake
i know i need to get a sn95 adapter summit has ones made for a 75mm throttle body there by trick flow but it says its for trick flow intakes
will it work with the holley if not where can i get one that will
also

do i need a egr plate i see they sell them for 87-93
i dont know what that does so if someone could elaberate that would be great

94-95 does not use an egr plate. 94-95 egr hangs off the back of elbow. As for the elbow, I used an edelbrock elbow for my edelbrock intake. I believe they are all the same. The purpose of the elbow is to join the intake to throttle. 86-93 and 94-95 uses the same size opening at face of intake and back of throttle. So I see no reason why trick flow wouldnt work for systemax.

great reply the links help alot i didnt know that now i do thanks again just out of curoiusity whats your car running you got almost the same setup im going for the only diff is mines a 306 so it wont put out as much power but o well

#30 injectors
75mm throtle body
80mm mass air
tfs stage 2 cam
1.6rockers
msd ingintion

your is very similier thats y i asked. i cant wait its not goin to be till feb or march
when i get back but im goin to order the stuff while in in iraq that way when im home i can slap it together. hopefully it will rip.
i think its goin to be a pretty good combo
i went with 9.1 comp becuase later i would like to add nitrous or a supercharger

Sounds like it will rip. You may need a tuner. I know I needed one. I purchased a tweecer but am still learning how to use it.
