does the KB kits come with everythign possibly needed to install and run? will i have to take it and get a chip in it? or does KB send youa chip already? if they do how safe is the tune on it? If i do buy the kit i really cant afford right now to go and spend a few more hundred on another chip so if the original will last for a few months that is fie with me.. just wondering if i bought the kit if that was all i needed and didnt have to buy anythign else along the way?

It comes with EVERYTHING.......trust me. Its the most complete kit ever built I think!!! They supply the chip.....no worries. You should get new plugs though.......KB recommends Denso Irdium IT20's. Thats what 99% of us are running!! Good luck, and any question feel free to pm or email me and ask ok!! there are plenty of us on here that have installed our own KB kits.

You will need a few other small supplies if you don't already have them.

Basic mechanics tools (obviously)
thread locker
thread sealer/teflon tape
antiseize
coolant
rtv sealant
soldering iron

Thats all that I can think of at the moment. I'll chip in some more if I think of anything else. You can pm me too if you need any help.

edit: I actually installed a few other things like valve covers at the same time, so I can't exactly remember if you need the rtv sealant or antiseize.

Yep, plug in and play. I'm running copper plugs and not denso irridium as I understand they don't last long. Whatever you run, be sure to run one step colder than stock.

I am also running copper plugs, Autolight AR-94's which are 2 heat ranges colder and make great power plus they cost alot less then the densos. It realy is an awsome kit.

KB strongly suggests Denso Iridium IT20. I would also throw in a bottle or two of water wetter for the intercooler.
