Hi all -new to the forum. Early this year I jumped into a 2004 Gt and have been loving it. I also grabbed a used Procharger a few months back and am now thinking of getting it on the car. I'm pretty damn new to superchargers and mustangs in general so would love some direction and help making the right decisions. Not planning on doing and track racing or such - just want a fast 2nd car to have fun with.

I mainly am trying to get a basic to-do list. The Procharger kit came with 42lb injectors.

First I assume I need a larger fuel pump assembly. I'm looking at the Walbro: TU229HP-2. Comments?

After that what else would I need before installing the Procharger and getting it to a tuner? I should note that I'm trying to keep costs down (lol) at least as much as possible.

Double check everything. Go over the car and fix any known issues prior to introducing boost. Leaky seals etc all become issues quicker with boost.

I would go with a 300 in tank pump but the 42's will be find with 8 lbs or so of boost.

Make sure your stock tensioner is still tight/functioning - I killed more of those and belts then I care to admit prior to going 8 rib and a thumper RR tensioner.
Plenty of us have ran these kits, they are fairly simple overall, ask questions as needed.

Look around online and download the installation instructions for your kit.

Once you have these, look at the parts list an ensure you have everything necessary to do the install.

You are going to need a tune so, start planning for that as well.
