I just upgraded from 28-spline axles to 31-spline axles using an explorer carrier. When I got the diff, it did not come with C-Clips, so I re-used my stock ones from the 28-spline axles. Now, I am starting to overthink things and was wondering if there is any difference between 28-spline C-Clips and 31-spline C-Clips????? Can anyone shed some light on this?
