Okay, so I'm just starting to mod my '03 GT -- I finally figured out the exhaust and so now I'm looking at intakes. I've read up on them and it seems like Densecharger is highly recommended, but it also seems that the Trueflow TB to MAFS intake is recommended too. What I'm wondering is if anyone has taken the two and put them together and it been worth it? Or would I be better off just buying the TB to Fender Densecharger and saving myself the extra $90 it would cost me to have a different MAFS to TB intake... anyone know? Also, would it be worth it to pop a new MAFS itself in there (was wondering since the MAFS itself isn't too cheap from what I've seen)? I didn't know how much that affected the CIA. My car is stock right now, so I have the stock TB. I've got a full exhaust I'm starting to order also.

All you need to do to get the most gains you'll see out of cold air intake, is remove the air silencer and get a k&n air filter. Keep your factory tb to maf pipe. No matter what setup you do or how much money you spend. The gains are not worth it. I have a full length densecharger and wished I would have just done what I've said above. At the msot you'll see 5rwhp out of anything you do. C&L makes an honest claim of 2-3 rwhp out of there trueflow inlet pipe.
