Torque converter, flex plate, vacuum reference for the modulator valve. If your lucky, you won't have to get a custom torque converter and they may use an AOD flex plate to bolt it up. The driveshaft length should be close enough to the same that you can use the AOD driveshaft. The speedo gear should bolt right in with the C4 retainer.
You'll also have to do some re-wiring. The plug for the reverse lights will be different. Also, I would imagine the AOD has a neutral start switch somewhere that would have to be resolved before you can start the car.
Personally, I don't see why you'd want to get rid of the AOD. The AOD weighs a little more and sucks a little more power, but is just as cabable for holding the horsepower and has an overdrive gear! A C4 swap would be a lot of work and would leave your car feeling cheaply modified because it won't integrate well and won't have a factory feel.
