I have a C4 that worked fine 1 year ago when it was removed where it sat for in my garage. Now that it is back in it doen's engage at all. I'm hoping this is somthing simple like a vacuum line. Anybody know what's going on?

Have you ran it long enough to warm up good, it may just have a stuck valve in the valve body.

If its low on fluid it will do this. I'd let it idle in park until it warms up then check the fliud.
