Just because they have a CARB EO number doesnt mean they will pass smog for you and you may pass with an illegal cam, but there are a fair number out there that are legal. The one in my sig for example and a few others from Crane. Other manufacturers have them also, you just have to look throught their sites/catalogs.
Here's something funny. The Crane 2040 has an E.O. number for CA for either manual or auto trans. The E303 only has an E.O. number for CA for a manual trans.
Not by a long shot as gt90stang said. 0.513 int/0.529exh lift for one thing. I dont have the card handy to compare duration. If it was the same, I would have picked the E cam and saved $40.
