CAI with EO number???

Hey folks,

I was looking at CAI's and I noticed that none of the ones I looked at, (C&L, JLT, Steeda), mentioned if they have a CARB E.O. number or not. Roush specifically says that theirs doesn't. I looked on the CARB website and it did list a number for Steeda, but it's part of a whole package that includes gears and CMCV delete, so I'm not sure if this number applies to the CAI by itself.

Is there anyone out there that knows of a CAI that is legal for Cali???

The aem one is CARB legal.

Ford Racing Bullitt CAI. If you get the whole package and run their tune it's CARB approved.

Thanks guys, I'll check those out.

It just sucks that the Ford one still has lame bends in the tubing and only gives you a tune for 91 octane. The Bamachips or VMP ones give you 3 tunes.

I'm running the K&N CAI. What part of the bay area are you in? You can take a look at it sometime if you want.

I did, as noted in my original post, and didn't find any. That's why I was hoping someone else might be able to point me in the right direction.
