think header rap would help mine out ? i got a K@N for it , did not like the one it came with. with header rap it would not get as hot then....

Sure it would proabbly help...but I dont thing the price for it and the bad looks, would help performance THAT much. Probably 3HP at best at full heat...probably less than that. You will be OK with what you have....or you can sell it and pick up a JLT for $170.

Don't waste your money any buy a K&N filter drop in. Save the money for gears or something more productive.

another alternative...picked one up myself. Cheap and works well. Only negative-have to drill 2 holes to mount but easy installation.
