Cali + Pits = No Good

well i just read that california is trying to pass a law to terminate all pitbulls.... what the hells up with that... they were saying if it passes you will def see it popping up in other states all over.... i cant believe what i was reading...

thats like the worst discrimination ever....they want to destroy a whole breed because of some bad exposures of people abusing and making them fight to get these horrible titles they have received...

i cant come in here and call everyone of a certin color a title because its not true..killers rapist gangbangers and the such have no affiliation with a type of race, how can they destroy all pits

I wrote an argumentative essay on this last semester. My dad is a lawyer and avid pitbull owner. They have no case. First off, there is no DNA tests to decide what breed a dog is so they cant "technically" prove that a "pitbull is a pitbull.
Tons of stuff is in pitbull owners favor.

my friend has a pit that is such a freaking sweet dog
its huge but acts like a little kitten, he likes to curl his 100lb ass up in your lap
he whines like a baby when you dont give him attention
he is a big wuss and gets scared of 20lb dogs...
its all in how you raise the dog IMO

Exactly. They shoulld go after the idiots who are raising pits to fight. Not the dogs. If they got rid of the people who are making them fight then they would lower the problem alot. Ive been to a few dog fights and man. Its ridiculous.

So far i owned two pits both around 90lbs.They looked mean but were the biggest babys ever.I hate how people just assume because its a pitbull , its a vicious dog.

Yeah this is pretty ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is that California wants to make spanking your kids illegal and punishable by jail time, and Florida wants to outlaw the term "illegal alien" because its "offensive", and replace it with "undocumented immigrant". yep its rediculous...a lot of things are nowadays like when they wanted to remove all guns from households....its not the gun thats the killer its the hand holding it...you would have to outlaw all knives and anything a maniac could get his hands on....glad that never got very far lol.

i have also heard that the test issued to get a green card or citizenship is now being written in spanish .....
i hate how every product accomodates them....if they want to be here learn our language thats my feeling on it .....oh and i didn't forget about you guys either....ehhh

Thats why all of y guns aqre registered in my grandfathers name. They wont be able to find them. And my guns are one thing I would defend with my life. **** them I aint never giving my guns up.

i think broward county in FL has outlawed pitsbulls.

in cali they may be able to do on a county level, but it would be harder to do it on a state level i would think.
and you would think the asses running the state would have more important issues to take up their time. no they have to wates their time on a dog. pathetic

Trust me, there are plenty of other pressing issues...this is just a waste of taxpayer money...I think they should outlaw pomeranians (sp?)...or better yet parrots...it is logic like this that makes the republic of California worse to live in everyday...

now this makes me mad

i work for a vet clinic and have for the last three years...i have seen some VERY mean dogs...but most of the time they're small dogs. NOT pit bulls and rotwhiellers(may be spelled wrong)most of the really mean dogs are chiwahwahs, sharpays, and some chows(though i have owned 2 chows and they were both very good friendly dogs)but you dont hear anything about all the freaking stupid mean little dogs out there i can't count how many times i have been chewed up by the little guys.but i have NEVER been bit by a pit....

it is proven that MOST pit attacks go into 2 catagories

1 whoever was "attacked" was abusing the animal to start off with

2 the pit that did the attacking was abused and mistreated when it was a pup

this is just wrong that they would waste money and time on killin peoples pets instead of worrying about the drugs, gangs, and all the stuff that needs to be dealt with

sorry for the long post this issue just rubbed me the wrong way

No way in hell would I even give up my Shelby she is our little girl. It's amazing that ALL bull terior breeds scored above average on the tempermint test, 83.2% or higher while the average is 80%. Ban the deed not the breed. How can anyone want to kill this pretty face
