Califonia Emissions Legal X-pipe?

Does anoyone know if Bassani's x-pipes are emissions legal? Any if not do you know what are reasonably priced that are emissions legal in my crappy state?

No x/h pipe is legal with out cat's on them, for a 94/95 5.0 i believe they have 4 cats all together, some smog places are a little more picky than others. As faras i know bassni nor mac sell a 4 cat h/x pipe. They only sell 2-cat setups.

Best thing to do is run an Offroad h/x pipe (no catts) and then throw on the stock h-pipe (which has the stock cats) back on when it comes smog time...just dont get into trouble
