It has arrived. ROUSH Performance has received our California Air Resources Board Executive Order number (E.O.) for the 2011 ROUSH Calibrated 5.0L Mustang Supercharger kit (part #421142). This Executive Order number currently covers only the “BFMXV05.4VEK” engine family. In 2011 Ford produced two engine families, one for Job1 builds (approximately March 2010 through mid August 2010 build dates) and the other for Job2 builds (approximately late August 2010 through January 2011 build dates). We have submitted for the Job 2 engine family and for the 2012 model year families and are awaiting approval. The "Engine Family" number can easily be found on the "Vehicle Emissions Control Information" label under the hood. Here are some photos of where to look and what to look for:
