Both those names look familiar to me, which leads to this question- can the moderators create some sort of "blackballed" list or something, a list that provides names of those who have screwed people in here? I know sites have trader ratings and stuff like that, but I think a FAQ or something with some screen names of scammers would be very useful.

Hate to hear about this stuff.

Have you checked with Western Union and gotten proof that the money has been accepted? If so, hold onto that. Law enforcement will want to see it.

I got screwed by a stangnetter also. Name was 00stang347oo, took $325 from me and I never recieved my intake. Sent a postal money order, I filled ou the form on the site listed above and on the postal site and they have done nothing. Oh well, live and learn I guess.

In a manner of speaking, yes. We now have trader ratings, which works a lot like ebay feedback. Every member has one, most are just zeros but that's what we have. Look under your avitar.

so i say give him a negative trader rating. i checked with western unioun the money was cashed,,,,as to the theory of the b/f and g/f fight no it's not like that when i call that number she nows something cuase she is hesitant and rude the secound time i called she told me to never call back and this was after aaking if the address was correct.ok a few of you guys are trying to help me personally and this is greatly appreciated now if a few more of you guys step in that would be just great .... the more heads workin together the better. what am i looking for? An exact confirmed address on this punk so i can find his butt when i go down there to get him. The other thing i would love to have is participation by members from down there. If i'm willing to drive 12hr i'm sure some of you guys would join me for a few.....i really want to see this guys face and the look on it after about 20 of us or even 10 of us or even 5 of us pull up in front of his house.....Bye the way i called the local law inforcment down their and they told me that this was my problem up here that i had to deal with it up here, They said they can't go around calling people or knocking on everybodies door. They were actually really rude to me..Anyways guys i need your help if you guys can help me in any way please don't hesitate. I'm really looking for anybody who lives around this punk.....

not much you can really do unless you protect your self better i for instance dont buy from some one unless i can use my debit/credit card................cause i know when it was taken out and where it went................if i have a problem i take it up with my bank the turn it over to the fbi and i get my money back............Happend to my dad a few months ago..........some one in cali (we live in va never even been off the coast)took 500 from his account at a ATM............and none of his cards are missing................they even knew his pin................................my guess is some one got it from a site................but none the less the bank gave it all back.....

Hey man you keep asking if anyone else cares about this, well of course people care but as 88stangmangt just wrote there isn't a hell of a lot anyone else can do for you here, you have to do it yourself- if that means getting the fbi involved or knowing in the future not to buy anything unless it's on that paypal system or through something that you can keep better track of.

Like a bunch of people are typing, sorry for your situation, but you can't expect a mob of teenagers from stangnet to show up at some dudes house in Ohio threatening his life- if that ever happened you would be lucky to only lose your money and not end up in prison. Keep bugging the guy through emails and calls hopefully it will help soon, if not exhaust every legal opportunity you can think of, something will work.

Hey if i lived in ohio i would do whatever i could do to help, i now how frustrating that legal system can be. I think a lot of peaple here are too
concerned about watching there own backs, to help out someone in need.I have read stuff like you could go to prison. I now that you have never said anything to sugest that you want to brake any laws. I do think it is a good idea to show up with a bunch of peaple at this guys house because intimidation is not agenst the law plus the guy would probably think 2wis before doing this again. Imagin if you spend your life leaving stuff up to the law and law maker's ***it would never get done. just my 2cnts.

negative ratings should go against people who do things like this or as i suggested to the moderators they should ban him and close his adds but know they are all still open does that sound right,,,,,Oh it must be because the mods care so much about keeping a clean site.....I said it before and i'll say it again if this happened up here(canada) members of our forums would be hunting the guy down and bugging the hell out of him and making sure either product is delivered or money payed back.....how would we do that......oh i don't know getting people to make his life hard city workers in particular....Police constantly patrolling ...there is enough minds that we could think of many things..........one example is when someone had a problem with parties next door he started getting a bunch of us to come over on the weekends and exactly at 7am starting our stangs and making sure they idle properly all the way through the powerband......I'm sure you guys could come up with ideas like that.

I'm not sure if this will help you (since you're up in Canada), but you can file mail/internet fraud complaints online with the US Postal Service (do a search at USPS.com, I think).

I did it a few months back when I was getting jerked around on an eBay transaction. I got fast results.

If this guy is ripping-off a bunch of Stangnetters, they should all get together and file complaints with the USPS and the FBI.

A lot of folks don't think too much about the USPS Inspector's Criminal Investigation Division, but they are one of the most powerful law enforcement agencies in the country.
