can any lawyers please read my thread intitled "wrecked stang" and let me know if I am gonna get my license suspended or not...I just can't wait until the court date...not knowing is killing me....

yah your screwed man Judges dont give lieniency to young stupid drivers. Too many people dieing because of unresponsible drivers like yourself.

Who of us would like to be judged based on what they did when they were 17?

You may want to try something like westlaw.com, there is a price, but it can get you some valuable legal info.

Also, the Oregon Revised Statues can be found in full at most of the county libraries. Spend a little time there and you will find everything you need.

You guys COME ON!! I wasn't drinking and driving I am very responsible with alcohol I would never do that!!! JEESH...I did however HAVE CLOSED CONTAINERS in the car...man I just think it is gay that I can be killed for my country but can't relax after a week of twelve hour shifts with a friggin beer..man I was breathalized and blew 0.00 so I just think it is furstrating...anyway is there anyone on here that is actually a lawyer lol..

If you want to know, call up the Washington DMV and find out if there are any policies that cover your situation. If it is judge's discretion, then you're just going to have to wait. Not all judges are assholes, if you go in there with a good attitude you may get lucky.

In that case, if you blew a zero, and there were no open containers, then technically the only crime you've committed is minor in posession. A decent lawyer should be able to swing that for you. If I were you, I would be on the phone calling around and saving one for one.
