i wanna go with the f 303 cam i have a 94 cobra with cold air intake short headers and off road hpipe and the factory gt40 heads and intake what cam would work good for my ap would you say. and what do you think about the f 303 and what els would i have to do to use the cam or would it be ok the way it is besides a tune. thanks

I had the Steeda 19, and it wasn't too bad.

The cam is really designed for superhcargers, so the low end lacks power a little. But, if you had a supercharger it would make up for that.

Once you hit about 3000 RPM, you could really feel the car pull hard to redline.

Another good aspect was the car idled like stock, even without a tune. Though, like Adam said you should get a tune.

The E303 or Trick Flow stage 1 seem to be good all around choices. Any issues they cause could easily be fixed with a tune.

Another, more expensive, option woudl be to get a custom cam made.

Ultimately, it's a personal choice...do some research and you'll find one.

the e303 and the f303 are like cousins. the f is just a little bit more aggressive. its actually a decent blower cam too. just make sure if you're using your stock 1.7 rrs you check your valve lift.

I dont understand, why anyone would use these outdated cams, e,b,f,x 303 are garbage. There is more tech in the new cams today. Example- the Trickflow 1 is a redesigned E-303 cam, and the XE270hr is taking one step further...I run the xe270hr and have zero complaints whatsoever.
