Very interesting. Like I stated above, I know nothing about this and did not do any research. Do they also have a stage 2 graph? I would assume that a stage two would be a compromise of the two?

The stage 2 cams are a compromise between the two yes. Each stage 2 obviously has a different grind.

Here is an example of boltons plus hitech stage II cams. This guy did three dyno pulls with these sets of mods. (taken from here: http://www.moddedmustangs.com/forums/99-04/107173-hitech-stg2-cams-5.html )

Below is a post of an automatic GT. I dyno'd and tuned the car in 3 stages.

Stage 1. Off-road x-pipe, CAI, welded in flow master mufflers. Then custom tuned. (green line)
Stage 2. The same as stage # but with the addition of stage 2 camshafts and re-tuned. (blue line)
Stage 3. The addition of long tube headers and prochamber off-road pipe and re-tuned. (red line)

As you can see the gains with the Stage 2 cams alone were quite good (37rwhp at peak) and 40+ at 5900rpm. Then with the addition of the long tube headers and the prochamber, the car really came alive, picking up power across the entire power curve for an additional making an additional 30rwhp peak over stage 2 cams alone, and 64rwhp over the stock camshafts, stock manifolds and an off-road x-pipe.

This is why most people on here are recommending 'stage 2' cams for daily drivers. You get gains all throughout the curve and a nice top end.
