No matter if the car is in closed or open loop I get a huge loss of power at about 3800-4000rpms at WOT, it feels like the engine cuts out. It has new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I know its not the clutch because i just replaced that about 9 months ago. Only thing i can think of is fuel or spark. Just dont know where to start lookin.

Yeah it sounds like it's starving. Check your fuel pressure as well.

Fuel filter is possible, there is a new K&N filter in the airbox. Let me say this though, rarely what i go to start my car and turn the key i hear the pump prime, them ill turn the key and the car acts like it started but then just dies. It has only done that 3 times and has not done it in a while.
