Engine Why won't the motor start if I have spark and fuel

Hello everyone so I have a 1992 gt, I was driving it today then I turned the car off for like 10 minutes and when I went to fire it back up it would crank but wouldn't turn over. I tried to diagnose the problem by checking to see if I have spark which I do and I also have fuel pressure. when none of that worked I took of the intake and spayed starting fluid directly into the throttle body and it still did nothing, it not even trying to start just cranks. When that didn't work I checked to see if the timing jumped a tooth but it didn't and neither did it in the distributer for the fuel injection. I pulled cylinder 1 spark plug to check for compression which I had and there's no way all my cylinders lost compression after 5 minutes of not running, for a little backstory the car has 60 thousand miles and has never sat more than 1 month. Im kind of confused at this point because I gave the engine spark and fuel directly and it still didn't start, so if anybody has any suggestions or knowledge about this please let me know.

Before you do anything else, have you checked for codes? The check engine light (CEL) only illuminates for emissions related codes so there can be codes present and no CEL. Check for KOEO codes and if you get a Code 11 then that indicates you have no KOER codes. You cannot perform the KOER test due to the engine not running.

Also, you must have missed this at the top of this forum. Once you have check for codes then follow the steps and do not skip around.

We have also been seeing a rash of distributor issues (TFI and PIP issues) as well as bad ECU’s.
