Yep. There are subtle differences. Like you would need new valve covers and possibly a different pcv setup depending on the oil fill. But otherwise all you'd need is the usual head swap parts. cam gears are different I think tho too.
Cam gears are pressed on for Windsors and bolt on for Romeos. Romeo engines also use a different timing cover and the cams are held in differently on each head.
to save yourself future headache I would recommend that you stick with windsor heads on a windsor block. our engines are easy to find from parts houses
