Can anyone help me read my plugs? ((PICS))

ive had this plugs in there about 7000 miles and this is the wat they looked like when i pulled them out. i think it looks like its been running too rich?
i know the quality is crappy but wat they look like is like theve been painted with carbon deposits with small spots of white ceramic.

Looks rich to me. Or it could be oil fouling? are you losing oil? Is your MPG way down?

That looks like your running rich to me, or running too cold of a plug

did you check compression in all the cylinders? on which sparkplugs are you noticing this problem?

sorry for the tripple post. i did want to do that. my computer is tweaking rite now. how can i fix the over rich condition? yes i do have poor mpg. im running 764 copper plugs and ive only noticed this on the 1st 4th and 6th cyl . i ve checked the comp on all cyl and they all were 165 psi
