I found this behind my garage today, among other things. Does anyone know the name of this wheel?

Don't recall the name but it's definately from the 70's. Sears sold em too. Saw a set a couple years ago on a mid 70's LTD.

I just knew them as Cragar aluminum "slots". I never really liked them though. I liked the Cragar SS and the Keystone Classics back in the day. I'm a TTII fan now.

Yep the good old day's and the mustangs handled and responded well too.
Gabriel airshocks on the rear, with shackles , no shelby drop, and drum brakes.
Till the restorer's came along!

We did call those rims " slotted mag" I got four of them, but more the shelby calif 500 style and wide as heck. Got an original complete set of cragar's SS (Steel) that have never been on a car and they are wide as hell.

Ahhh, if we could just go back for a little while. I liked the gas prices back then too.

I don't care

I'm still calling them "slots". I'm old and won't change.

I like my slots. Guess I'm a dork too, huh? Got a set of 15 x 7 & 10's on my 89 V8 Ranger and a set of 8.5's and 10's on my 95 E150 Van.. Damn sure looks better than the gay stuff they make now.
