Can anyone ID this tail light?

Too bad this guy doesn't have both of them...anyway, found this on ebay- I like the orange reflector and the extra white etc. but every place that sells replacements only carry the more common ALL red lenses with the split white corner. (which are on my car presently)
WHAT is this off of?

looks cool, like a 99 cobra tail almost.
i wouldnt buy anything from a guy named extremechevy tho
