Can anyone identify this camshaft?

I recently disassembled an engine from a parts car I had, and came across a non-factory appearing camshaft. The previous owner of the vehicle had no knowledge of this camshaft, and I was wondering if anyone here could help identify it based on a photo of the only markings I could find.

The car this came out of was a 1988 Ford Mustang with a 5.0L Roller Block, Automatic and I'm unsure of the final drive ratio.

Both Crane and Edelbrock have confirmed it isn't one of theirs.
