Can i get some power?

Do the mid pipes with cats on them still give power even though they have cats?

I was looking at getting the MRT catted h-pipe

Yes. I really felt the gain from my Magnaflow catted X versus stock H.

Yeah, they will net you more horsepower.The newer cats usually flow a lot better, and you also have less of them on an aftermarket pipe.

Go for an x-pipe with highflow cats like the magnaflow catted-x.
Or, if you really want power, get some BBK long tube headers and a shorty offroad x-pipe that has no cats like VRS or BBK.

but i dont really like the sound of the x pipes with my exhaust to raspy......the h-pipe sounds like an old school muscle car with the packs

I would say that the difference between catted mid-pipe vs. o/r mid-pipe is around 3-5 hp..

X pipe gives a raspy sound with magnapacks? what about magnaflows?

i dont want to change exhausts i alread have the packs.

Anything would give more power than the stock midpipe. Cats don't really hinder that much until you get into high hp applications.
