can i take the maf off the mark VIII

i was surfin ebay and i noticed there was an maf off of a mark on there. Would that have any benefit to my car, because I have a Mark sittin in my garage not bein used. I guess it is an 80 mm? What is our stock maf

actually it might b calibrated for 24 lb injectors...??

I don't believe any stock Ford MAF is "calibrated". It actually looks up a chart given the readings. So it should work though I'd do a little more research to make sure I'm right.
