I just got off my ass and decided to get my car running for the weekend and need to buy a serpentene belt to bypass my air pump. I have A/C, and I know there was a thread here that had the length sepentene belt you should use. Can someone point me to the thread? thanks.

I highly recommend routing a string and measuring. Take into account the tentioner. I used that same link. The diagram said 84 inch. More like 72 inch.

I used that diagram and my belt fits fine. Are you sure you routed it around the pullies correctly?

It never hurts to measure. I find it's more usefull for the routing than the lengths, once I bought a belt trusting a post in here and it was about ten inches too long. No worries, the part store always takes them back- but yeah, measure first.
