I am unsure. I am going to look at it tomorrow to see it in person and if it is as nice as it looks in person and I feel it runs good enough that it will be a simple fix (not a blown motor) than I will probly do it. My car is starting to need some attention and all I have done to it in 3 years is change the oil and stuff like that and it has never gave me any problems it is due for something to go wrong or for something to break...I havent even changed a spark plug or even a fuel filter.

From your post it sounded like you and the seller were unsure of whether or not it was an original 4-cylinder car, and you wanted to find out. Sorry for misunderstanding this:

he is unsure if the car was a 4cyl before...but he did say it was an auto. it has an 8.8, 5L fuel lines, bigger sway bars,

...as wanting to figure out if it was an original 4banger
