If you install the GT warning light setup, you can install the coolant sensor and get it to work.

I have done that myself.

only GT's have the low coolant sensor on teh overflow tank.

My Lx has one...some came with them in the later years.

I would bet that all cars have the wiring plug for the overflow, even if the car came equipped with no sensor.

All 90-93 5.0's got the low coolant sensor....but only GT's had them in 87-89

its the same plug in both pics lol.. there not different.. and im lookin at the overflow tank from the donor 5.0 car.. so the swap has nuthing to do with it.. and its an LX so i dont see why it would have foglight plug.. but ya never no lol
