and thats in my state......i would actually drive it,,but still i agree with speed demon..someone needs shot..htink of how much money and time was put into that and now selling it for 3k lol uselss

The guy I bought Sadie from had a Mustang/old Ford salvage yard and he had a 67 like that. I guess it was originally fixed up really nice but an oak tree fell on the back of it so rather than junk it, the previous owner let the votech have at it. It was interesting, but not well done and I wouldn't want it.

I just thought it looked like another attempt to not only be different.....but to boldy go where nobody wants to go. Wouldn't that be weird though...went to lowes today, got some 2 x 4's and put 'em in the back of my mustang....anyway i thought some of you might enjoy that.

Same here! I remember a 65-66 back when I was a kid (Cheapie and Fritz, don't say it unless you want me to remind you I was still a kid after you weren't ) Anyhoo; this FB had the unforutnate fate of being parked under a huge eucalyptus tree during a hurricane-sized windstorm. 30 foot, 800 lb branch broke off the tree and landed heavy-end-first in the backseat; making it a "2+Tree". Owners brother - a bodyman of some local repute - grafted on a section of Falcon Ranchero, keeping the Stang's tailight panel. Was a very elegant restoration; one some awards at custom carshows on the coast. Wish I knew whatever happened to it; it was gone when I moved back down here in '87.

Actually I just read a thread on Brad Barnetts sight about the Mustero last month, also covered the rare wagon conversions. If this is a genuine period correct car, very few were done and it could actually be worth some coin. Just FYI.

I remember in High school, we actually had a few big-time pot heads get busted by the police in thier VW van, literally like the scene from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High". The door was opened, and smoke just poured out!
