Can this be considered a classic car?

I believe the 9th Circuit Court has recently decreed most federal laws to be unconstitutional....

So, until Ahhnold figures out a way to legally Terminate them; apparently pretty much anything those Justices like is okay.

California could always succeed from the union. That would solve a lot of problems. :nice: Alaska actually tried, and almost got it done. Think of all the federal tax dollars that would go to some place else.

Hmmm.....The Independant Republic of Kalifornia, I suppose their national language is either going to be Spanish or Austrian?

Let me know when they succeed at succession, 'cause we'll blow the bridges to Manhatten and do the same here! First order of business will be to deport all the yuppies from The Hamptons...............:D:nice:

Hmmmmmmm...... y'know, that might actually get me to move from my beloved desert! If the Arizona Highway Patrol turns our part of the Gadsden Purchase over to El Federales de Mexico (or whatever their real name is); I'm gonna pack up my family (including all the animals), my radios and especially my guns ('cause the Brady Bill has been completely adopted by the Federales!) and sneak back across the Border at Flagstaff. Hey, if I do that; I can apply for Federal Housing, Social Security, Food Stamps, government-sponsored education, all kinds of stuff!

Oh, waitaminute; I don't know if I'd like this after all. I'd have to give up my memberships in the RNC and the NRA; and probably become a Democrat. :notnice: To say nothing of the fact that the Snowbirds would still come down here and gripe about the price of everything to stock their $200K motorhomes. Never mind..... I think I'll just stay here and be a PITA 'til Mexico pays us back for the property we (U.S. of A.) bought 110 years ago!

Npt to side track this in depth discussion, but did any of you guys see The Day After Tomorrow? I recently watched it on DVD and thought it interesting how in time of need Mexico closed it's borders to our people,...

Pak; when that movie hit the screens in Yuma, the streets were echoing with the sound of thousands of voices yelling "Yeah, right!" I don't know what you've been told about our "highly secure" southern border; but the reality is that, in one day, more traffic crosses the border out in the middle of nowhere than traveres Beacon Hill in one "tourist season".

I've lost track of how many rumored episodes exist regarding members of the Marine Corps having mistakenly "invaded Mexico" while on manuevers at Goldwater Range. At one time I heard confirmation from one of the "invaders" (a former Marine from the old 2nd LAAMBn - a buddy of mine) and a member of the US Border Patrol who drove to within 1/2 mile North of the Marines, parked, and used a big honkin' PA system to request that they (the Marines) return to his vehicle. Once their (fresh from Annapolis) Lt. finally relented and sent a recon party to talk to the Border Patrol; the Marines were informed that GPS and plain ol' experience indicated that the Bippie was parked about six feet inside US territory! The story was related to me by my buddy at a party; a guy wandered up to us, they stared at each other for a few seconds and each said, "Hey, it's you!" The other guy was that BP agent.

Mexican President Vincente Fox has openly encouraged that his constituents' best hope is to emmigrate (legally or otherwise) into the US - what makes you think he's gonna spend any effort patrolling the border to see who comes in from the North? Especially if they're gonna have any money (no matter how little) to spend.
