i got my long tube headers in the passenger side after i lifted the engine. the only problem is i couldnt get it in the drivers side- i know you guys said i need to put it on from underneath- how high do i have to jack the car up to get them to go from under neath? i'm having trouble clearing my stearing rack- should i just take that apart, or is it easy to get it by from underneath?

Not sure how high you have to jack it up. I've always put my LT's in through the top and yes I did disassemble the steering shaft.

I put mine in from the bottom on both sides. Just jack up the car as high as you can and try it. Dissasembling the steering shaft seems to be a big PITA.
