Not to sound like a penis head or anything, but I try NOT to set car alarms off in parking garages, but it still happens. I don't have to rev high or anything... I have fully open exhaust, so that's probably why!

I can't wait to get back home from vacation to dyno my car!!! WOOPEEE!!!

i totally understand however this was the perfect opportunity:

I was walking out of my local bank when a hemi truck with this loud ass exhaust that went up the sides of the cab (like the kind you see on 18 wheelers) leaves the same parking lot i was in. he left the parking lot like a bat out of hell. the truck was so loud and deep i felt it through my body..which caused the car alarm on this particular car to go on the fritz. i continued walking to my car thinking to myself how intriguing this situation has become; since this car with the alarm was right on my way out of the lot. since i never set off any alarms(that i know of) i was, to say the least, a little curious. i passed the car with some pep and sure enough it went berzerk. it left a huge grin on my face and got an annoyed look from the person who just previously turned off their alarm

it made my day

I'll second that. When I had the terrible terrible SLP LM 1's on my car for like 1 day, b/c that sounded like such *****, no lie, I set off at least 10 alarms in the 2 miles going up and back down the street to put different muffs back on.

Pretty funny going back by, after they just shut them off and setting them off again 2 mins. later.

I got a clifford G4 with remote start.

If my alarm gets set off, I can't use the remote start feature

How long do yall's alarms go off anyway? I live in a 6 story apt building, kinda near the garage, but when I hear my alarm go off, I don't bother with it. It would turn itself off before I got close enough to do it.
