Putting the snake to bed for the winter in a week or so. My b-day is coming up so I asked for a car cover that fits my car (97 cobra).

What car cover do you own, and where did you buy it? I am figuring a good one is worth 300-400 bucks?

Thanks,
Chris

I cheaped out on mine. I bought it from Wal-mart, I think I paid $60. It's one of the ones you have to take you antenna off. The worst part is I've never used it yet and now I don't need it cause I got a garage . Hey want to buy a car cover for the low price of $60 j/k.

We had this convo last year when I bought mine! I bought a Ford one that ran me about $400. Here's are some pics. The one I have is the indoor one they also have an outdoor one. The odd thing is the indoor one is listed as a three ply and the outdoor is listed a single ply. So if you order it from your Ford dealer make sure you get the right one.

No offense intended, but I've been generally unimpressed with ford's quality in accessories for a while now. I'd like to try and find out who is making the covers for ford and buy direct, as I am guessing the cover will be considerably cheaper.

Canadian Tire, the best one they sell, I think around $150. It does not fit as nice as the $400 Ford cover but the material looks similar. I have been using mine since 1996 and it still is in fine condition. You must take off the antenna for the cover to fit.
good luck

Bought mine off of Ebay. Same one retail was $350. Got it for under 100 bones.
