1997 3.8l v6 timing cover mismatch *eBay guaranteed fit* haha please HELP

Hey everybody. I have a 97 3.8 l V6 manual and Im having serious issues finding the correct timing cover. I've ordered four now from eBay they've all been guaranteed fit whatever that means, and they all match and line up and bolt on properly to the engine block, the issue is the water pump doesn't match. I cannot seem to find the exact match the timing cover that came off of the car, and if I buy a water pump it matches to the timing cover they keep sending me the shaft on the water pump is too short. So I'm stuck and in desperate need of some help if anybody is ran into this issue. Thanks in advance
