never really looked into lightening the car, but what can be removed to get rid of weight?

so far...

- custom rear seat delete.
- remove the spare and tools
- aluminum driveshaft (does that really help?)

anything else?

doing it just to see what i can do to improve performance without adding anything.

concerning the suspension items like the control arms, k-member and sway bars, our cars already have those, correct? if so, aftermarket ones are just lighter than stock?

who sells c/f stock hoods?

Don't do a carbon fiber hood, waste of money :rlaugh: (it's expensive and other stuff can be done first)

I suggest rear seat delete plus lighter seats for the front. Lighter wheels would help, but this can be an expensive mod. The aluminum drive shaft would save you 10lbs, so that's a nice idea.

BTW, if you have a real Bullit, don't go messing it all up, please. :)
