Car dogwalkin at 80mph

I have just arrived home from holidays, driving the Mustang through Germany on autobahns. We where two passengers w luggage in the trunk.
I discovered that the car was unstable in the rear. After moving some luggage to the rear seat it got better.

I'm taking the car for long trips next year, and I wonder what improvements I can make on it before I go.

The rear is "untouched", w original leaf springs and no bars.

hey, mine does the same at the trak, when u hit 108 miles and hour, it gets really scary without power steering and stock suspension, actually had to let off cuz i though i was going to loose it, it just gets all "squirly"
