When cold the car runs pretty good, when warm it hesitates when accelerating.

History
Car ran crappy, had code 0307 - misfire number 7
Changed coil, plugs no more codes
Car then lost the engine drive belt and I replaced it
Cleaned the MAF and IAC with carb cleaner

Now when cold it runs better till warm

Is there a way to test for clogged cats?

It also seems to have a 'mis' while idling only if warm

Misfires usually deal with timing/spark plugs. What plugs did you install, and what did you gap them to?
